From college friends to business partners these 2 New York gentlemen, Jean Francillon and Illbert Sanchez created both Garcon Couture and Illy & Gilly.  Francillon, born in Haiti, leads the company's tailoring and fitting. Sanchez, born in Honduras is over designing and brand development. Together they set out to help men to communicate to the world about their individuality, style, and success through accessories, fit, and styling.
