Jerry Christian, the owner, and designer of Black Bourgeois founded this brand out of love and appreciation for fashion and all things creative. During this time, he has also tapped into another passion of his, which is social justice. This has caused him to combine the two passions into a singular product that resonates with the other fashionable freedom fighters in the world. These things don't have to be mutually exclusive and Jerry refuses to live in a world where they can't co-exist. Liberation is the goal but we can also look good while doing it.
